I found Watch Check through a Facebook ad. I have a Doxa 1300 Professional. It was a daily wearer for 18 years. It had been serviced by Doxa in the past, but they no longer have a US service center. Watch Check did a thorough inspection and found two items that needed replaced. They serviced my watch and returned the case and band to like new. They did a superlative service returning the movement to factory specs. The watch was losing 2-5 minutes every 24-48 hours. The power reserve was less than 24 hrs. Since return my watch had only lost 2 seconds in 24hrs. Original factory specs. I highly recommend them to service your watch. The concierge kept my informed every step of the way too.

My father left me his vintage Rolex Cellini when he passed away. It had never been serviced in 20 years. I've cherished the legacy. Now, my daughter is due to deliver in early November. To celebrate the occasion, I wanted to gift her the Cellini. I knew the watch needed service but worried it would take too long to get it back. WatchCheck had the solution! It was easy to send the watch for service. I got regular updates from the service team. When I got worried about the return date, I contacted the concierge rep. She got right on it and passed along my due date concerns. The watch arrived a week ahead of time - fully serviced and looking fabulous. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and customer service. Thanks, WatchCheck!

I recently had my wife's vintage stainless and gold ladies Rolex Datejust serviced by WatchCheck, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The service was completed in a timely manner, the cost was very reasonable compared to other options I explored, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. My wife's Rolex now looks and runs beautifully—like it just came out of the showroom. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise, transparency, and great customer care, but WatchCheck exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled, and fairly priced watch service.

I am very pleased with the job WatchCheck did in recovering my Rolex Sea Dweller. It and I have had a long history, been through a lot, it was in bad shape and hadn't run for several years. I found their pricing to be very reasonable and their assessment of the time peace once they inspected it was reasonable and well considered. I was admittedly nervous about sending my watch off even after researching them. But their communication was very good and that helped settle my nerves. The watch now looks amazing and is running perfectly so far. I actually think it's keeping better time than when it was new and previously serviced. They even set it for my local time and date for when I received it. A little detail but one worth noting. Small details count. I will use them in the future. Thank you

My Girard-Perregaux came back in pristine shape and is functioning like new. They did a fantastic job on a watch that's pushing 80 years old. I am very pleased with their work, and their service and communication levels were second to none. I also have three Rolex's and a Cartier, and if they ever need service, I'll be sending them to Watch Check for sure. Thanks to everyone at Watch Check. You definitely have a customer for life.

I couldn't be more pleased with WatchCheck. The communication was above and beyond; I was informed during each step of the process and had my questions answered right away. Service was faster than expected. The watch looks beautiful and is keeping time better than it has in years. From start to finish, they exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

After several years, I decided to have my "old friend," an Omega Speedmaster 321 caliber (ST105.003.65), serviced. My first choice was WatchCheck. I have the watch back home now, and I can tell you I was a little worried about the spare parts since this watch is very old (I bought it 58 years ago) and wasn't working very well. The service took a little longer than expected due to replacement parts, but there was nothing to worry about; these people took care of everything and delivered a watch in perfect condition, like new. I am very happy with their service and their attention to detail. They kept me informed about the progress of the maintenance every step of the way. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

At first I was nervous about sending my vintage 56 year old Omega watch across most of the country for servicing. I took the leap of faith and began the process. I have pages and pages of questions posed via the chat feature and email service. Each and every question was answered promptly and with patience by Erin and Brittney. When the news that additional parts were needed beyond the initial estimate, I was a bit surprised, but I understood that I could have stopped the process and gotten a full refund. Of course I did not choose that path. The work done has proven that was a good decision as the watch is running quite well and looks amazing.. Thanks to all who have restored this family heirloom given to me 54 years ago by my sister, who spent her last bit of money while on vacation in Geneva to bring this watch to me. Thank you all.
