After I finished school, my dad gave me an IWC Mark XV as a graduation gift. It wasn't brand new, he'd worn it for years, but that just made it mean more. I've worked with a lot of different watchmakers over the years, and I've gotta say, this was hands down the best experience I've had. Sent in a Patek Aquanaut for a full overhaul, and everything from the communication to the turnaround time was on point.
